Remember when I told you guys about Sheinside, the awesome online retailer where I bought this D&G imitation dress? Well, what I failed to mention was that prior to our honeymoon I had actually purchased quite a few items from the site, none of which made it to my doorstep before we had to leave. Admittedly disappointed at first, I am now psyched to be home and able to flaneur about the city in some of my new wares. Today I had to run a bunch of pre-moving errands, and settled on this adorable blue and white striped seersucker dress with a - you guessed it! - deep V back.
Michael has a pair of seersucker shorts he wears literally all weekend in the summertime, and now I know why. It's an incredibly comfortable, breathable material that best of all, doesn't need to be ironed because its default status is "I'm wrinkly and I know it." Which also means one less thing I have to iron with my hair straightener. You just do you, seersucker.
I paired the dress with a chunky necklace in the same color family and the white Aldo flats I wore nearly every day in Portugal. Those shoes were my MVP pair of the trip - they go with everything and were so comfortable!
